Christina Gennaro, Broker, oversees all management and production, day-to-day operations, statistical reporting, as well as internal growth and development for the company. Over the past 10 years Ms. Gennaro has broadened the services that are now available to her clients in all aspects of the real estate industry. Selling from Montauk to Manhattan, Ms. Gennaro ensures all clients move through the process with understanding and ease. Ms. Gennaro also has ten years experience as a third-party negotiator with major lenders and investors across the country helping distressed homeowners. This expertise in guiding homeowners lends a hand in allowing them to move forward in the right direction mortgage debt free towards a new future after experiencing a hardship that has left them no choice other than to sell their home.
After a twenty-five year career as a court reporter, Ms. Gennaro has now settled into the next generation of a unique real estate platform and is committed to servicing homeowners, homebuyers, investors and real estate professionals with specialized knowledge and expertise that will inspire them to seek out the services readily available.
